1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair cancellation policy for our guests. Our policy ensures flexibility while also protecting our business from last-minute cancellations.
Guests can cancel their reservation up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund.
If a cancellation is made less than 5 days before check-in, the first night’s stay is non-refundable, and 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded.
If a guest decides to leave early after check-in, the remaining nights are not refunded.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Airbnb’s service fee may not be refundable, depending on their policy.
Refunds will not be issued for external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or personal emergencies.
3. No-Show Policy
If a guest does not check in and fails to communicate their plans, no refund will be provided.
4. Changes to Reservation
If a guest wishes to modify their booking (e.g., change dates), they must request changes at least 5 days before check-in.
Modifications are subject to availability, and rate differences may apply.
5. House Rules & Violations
Any violation of our house rules (e.g., unauthorized guests, smoking, or parties) may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
6. Extenuating Circumstances
In rare cases, Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy may apply, allowing full refunds under special conditions like medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
