We aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all our guests. This Return or Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and booking adjustments are handled for our accommodation and hospitality services.

1. Nature of Service

Nautical Nest provides room and accommodation booking services.
Since our services are time-based and reservation-specific, traditional product “returns” do not apply. Instead, guests can cancel or modify their bookings under the following terms.


2. Booking Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full or partial refund (as per property-specific terms).

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on the booking type and property policy.

  • No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice) are non-refundable.

  • Certain discounted or promotional bookings may be non-cancellable and non-refundable — this will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.


3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during booking.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation of eligibility.

  • Delays may occur due to payment gateway or bank processing times, which are beyond our control.

  • If you do not receive your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@nauticalnest.co with your booking reference number.


4. Modifications and Rescheduling

  • Guests may request date changes or rescheduling up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

  • If new dates have higher rates, the price difference will be charged.

  • Rescheduling requests made after the check-in time cannot be accommodated.


5. Service Issues or Complaints

If you experience any issues during your stay (such as service quality or facility concerns):

  • Please contact our management team immediately to allow us to resolve the matter.

  • If the issue remains unresolved, we may offer compensation or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after check-in.

  • Dissatisfaction caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, local power outages, or external noise).

  • Violation of property rules or early departures initiated by the guest.


6. Non-Refundable Bookings

Bookings made under special promotions, discounts, or “last-minute deals” are often non-refundable.
Such conditions will be clearly stated on the booking page and confirmation email.
